It´s about creating an urban center in Vorarlberg residential valley, a residential area wherewe can not see a clear geometric organization. This centrality will become a great infrastructure that will give the informal urbanism services of a city: great public spaces, services, transport services, urban life,etc… The main objective is therefore to create an attractive area with direct communication
The entire program, from housing, shopping, to industry, is contained in a large pile of flounces that focus depending on their internal requirements. This structure made of skirts plays to stand out from the mountain, which is 600m high. Thus, the centrality invites us to enter it.Communications arms protruding from the structure for different types of transport, most public and cleaner: tram, buses, cars and bicycles.To avoid the use of cars we proposed to eliminate its use in the centrality, so that we can only move on foot or by bicycle. In addition, there will be a small tax per car to invest in new plantings of trees to counter carbon expelled by them.

The apartment block is located at the back of the flounces from the top, it means that all households are facing the mountain and focus south or southeast to seize as much sun as possible. The apartment block itself works as a cover of other types of spaces: public square, trade, and others.
The cover-filter housing works like a light filter, water and wind, allowing the space under it is outdoors but also protected. In particular, under the high-density group that I have developed, we find a public square where many activities take place:: walks, relaxation, theater, hiking, shopping, skiing ...
The block is composed of structural boxes which include housing. This are alternated with others boxes of common spaces communicated directly with small balconies-square, it´s public but with restricted hours. These common spaces contain among other services: a spa, a gym, community kitchens, meeting rooms, a star observer, etc. ...

Moreover, at the foot of the centrality we can find a middle ground between the high densification of the blocks and the low density of the valley. It is an area of high-density single-family homes and are spreading gradually from 50 dwellings per hectare to 30 dwellings per hectare.

Finally, we allways take into account the contact with nature and respecting it. As far as possible, we use passive energies. Active energies are only to support the above. In addition, there are areas of orchards between the scattered houses. Similarly, the great mass of flounces becomes a valley at various levels, where cows and other animals can graze.
